These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://drpetrus.com/ (the "Site") and the services provided by The Petrus Center ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products, or undergoing procedures, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA COLLECTION

1.1 Data Collection for Marketing By using this Site and submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree that we collect personal information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and email address, for marketing and business purposes.

1.2 Data Sharing with Hair Restoration Institute (HRI) You expressly acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with our partner, the Hair Restoration Institute (HRI), for marketing, scheduling, and operational purposes. By providing your information to The Petrus Center, you consent to this sharing and the receipt of communications.

2. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information on our Site or during the intake process, you expressly consent to receive communications from The Petrus Center and the Hair Restoration Institute (HRI). These communications may include:

• Scheduling: Confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups regarding your appointments.
• Marketing: Promotional offers, newsletters, and updates regarding our services and products.

Methods of Communication: You agree to receive these communications via email, phone calls, and text messages (SMS/MMS), including automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages, at the phone number(s) you have provided. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the message or by contacting us directly.

3. FINANCIAL POLICY & REFUNDS

3.1 No-Refund Policy All sales are final. We enforce a strict no-refund policy on:

• Scheduling Deposits: Any deposit made to secure an appointment or procedure date is non-refundable.
• Advanced Payments: Payments made in advance for surgical or non-surgical procedures are non-refundable.
• Physical Products: All physical products purchased from The Petrus Center are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3.2 Debt Collection The client agrees to pay all charges incurred for services rendered. Payment for procedures is due 14 days before the scheduled procedure date. If payment is not promptly received, your appointment may be rescheduled. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, HRI/The Petrus Center may charge a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on unpaid balances.

• Collections: If the account remains unpaid, we reserve the right to send the account to a third-party collections agency.
• Liability for Fees: The client shall be liable for any collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the process of collecting the outstanding debt.

4. MEDICAL & CLINICAL POLICIES

4.1 Clinical Guarantee (Medical Hair Transplants) For medical hair transplants, we offer a specific Clinical Guarantee. We will provide replacement grafts at no charge (excluding medication fees) if no hair growth is detected after 12 months following surgery, provided that the patient meets ALL of the following criteria:

1. Followed all pre-operative and post-operative instructions provided by us.
2. Attended their mandatory 12-month post-op checkup.
3. Is not actively losing non-transplanted hair (proof of use of Finasteride, or other hair loss prevention approved by us is required).
4. Has not received hair restoration treatment from another clinic during this period.
5. Is medically cleared by the Medical Director for the replacement procedure.

Note: Additional grafts beyond the replacement of failed grafts may be purchased at standard rates. No guarantee of satisfaction or specific cosmetic results is offered, as individual aesthetic outcomes vary.

4.2 Graft Equivalency To ensure transparency in our pricing and procedure planning:

• A "Standard Graft" is defined as 0.80mm in diameter.
• Larger grafts are proportionally adjusted in count to reflect their size.
• Example: A 0.90mm graft is counted as 1.27 standard grafts.

5. IMAGE & TESTIMONIAL RELEASE

Unless otherwise requested by the client in writing prior to the procedure or submission of content: Clients grant HRI and The Petrus Center permission to use anonymized photos, videos, or written testimonials for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes. We are committed to protecting your identity and will ensure that any public use of your images is anonymized.

6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The content provided on this Site is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
